CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online at any time without charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled service or by calling 971-211-4579‬*

  • Services canceled within less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of their total service fee*

  • All services scheduled two-hours or longer require a 72-hour cancellation to avoid a 50% late cancellation fee.  

  • No-call/no show appointments and repeatedlate cancellations may result in inability to rebook.

All services with Bare Beauty require a card on file to book; clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows will now be charged a 50% deposit for their services before their appointment will be approved.

*We understand sickness and unforeseen events happen outside of our control if you contact us the day of your appointment, and need to reschedule within the same week, you will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.

AFTER BOOKING:
After booking your appointment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete our client portal and intake forms. Please complete these forms as soon as possible to ensure a smooth check-in process. To allow yourself enough time to find street parking, please arrive a few minutes early.

You Arrived, NOW WHAT?
To find our main entrance, look for a large wood-framed glass door with “537” above it. It is located on Ash Street between 6th Street and Grand Avenue. Use the keypad on the right with the code in your confirmation email. The light will turn green, granting you access to our building. Just follow the hallway around the corner, and we are the second door on the right.

GET HERE EARLY?
To ensure a smooth flow of appointments and optimal use of our limited space, please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you need to arrive earlier, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

If you find yourself in the area too early, we recommend visiting Happy Cup, just two blocks north, for coffee, tea, and small bites. For breakfast or lunch options, check out J&M Café, located right next door in our building.

RUNNING LATE?
Bare Beauty understands that unexpected circumstances can arise, causing you to be late for your appointment. Please call or text us at 971-211-4579‬ us as soon as possible to inform us of your delay.

If you are late and we are unable to complete your scheduled service due to time constraints, you will still be charged for the full service. See cancellation policy above.



UNDER 18?
We love all ages here at Bare Beauty! However, for the safety and well-being of our minors, we require that all clients under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian for their first appointment for ALL services. This includes waxing, brow/lash laminations, and any other service we offer.

We believe that it is important for minors to have an adult present to ensure that they are comfortable with the process and that they understand the aftercare instructions.

CAN YOUR CHILDREN COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT?
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our clients, we kindly request that children under 12 years of age not be left unattended in the studio. Please arrange for a responsible adult to supervise your child/children during your service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

TRAFFIC & PARKING:
Please be aware that street parking is limited in the area surrounding our studio, and the lot at the base of the building is reserved for permit holders only. There are several parking garages within a short walk of our location. Portland is a rapidly growing city, and our studio is located in a vibrant and up-and-coming neighborhood. While we are proud to be a part of this dynamic community, we also understand that it can lead to increased traffic and parking congestion.

We kindly request that you allow extra time in your schedule to account for these factors to ensure you arrive for your appointment on time.
